How quickly will I be paid?
Rent is processed through our systems and paid to you, with a statement each time.
Who approves repairs?
You do. We get quotes from licensed trades and send them to you. Urgent repairs are handled under the rules in your agreement and the Residential Tenancies Act.
Do you manage outside the Gold Coast?
Yes. We also manage in Brisbane and Ipswich. Call us about any property in South East Queensland.

Why we started Paradise.
Paradise Real Estate is Suman Bakhshi's agency, run together with her brothers Masoud and Sohail. We started it to give clients the service we'd want for our own family: one small team from the first appraisal to the last inspection.
Between us we've worked in sales, leasing and day-to-day property management, so we know what owners, buyers and tenants each need. That's why every price we recommend comes with the evidence behind it, fees are agreed in writing before you sign, and you always know who to call.

What are your fees?
Fees depend on the property and the service. Commission or management fees and any marketing costs are set out in writing on your appointment form before you sign.
Can I speak in my own language?
Yes. Between us we speak English, Dari/Persian, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi, and more. Choose your preferred language on the form.

Suman Bakhshi
Principal and Managing Director. Suman leads Paradise Real Estate and oversees every sale and management agreement the agency signs.
As principal, Suman is responsible for the agency's licensing, compliance and the standard of service clients receive. She works alongside her brothers so clients deal with the same small team from start to finish.
Outside the agency, Suman is Executive Director of the Australian Afghan Association, which keeps her closely connected to the Gold Coast's multicultural communities.

Masoud Bakhshi
Sales Agent. Mas is a licensed sales agent specialising in the northern Gold Coast, from Hope Island to Southport.
Mas started his career in property management, looking after rental homes and the landlords who own them. Working day to day with leasing, tenants, routine inspections, maintenance and rent reviews taught him what owners and tenants really care about, and what makes a home easy to lease or sell.
That background shapes how he prices, presents and markets every home he sells. Investors get realistic rental estimates alongside the sale price, and owners moving from renting out to selling get advice from someone who has managed properties himself.
Before joining Paradise, Mas sold property with established agencies on the northern Gold Coast. Vendors get clear weekly updates and honest pricing advice backed by comparable sales.
